As a proactive tax advisor with 20 years of experience, Edward helps small business owners and individuals stay ahead of the game when it comes to taxes and finances.

Edward has a degree in accounting from Baruch College (a top NYC business school) and has worked in both the financial audit and tax capacities for top 50 firms early in his career.  As an Enrolled Agent, he is licensed to represent clients before the IRS in all 50 states.  Being at the helm of Nisanov Tax Group, his focus in on proactive tax planning, helping his clients save money and avoid costly mistakes.

Edward specializes in tax planning and compliance for small businesses and individuals.  I can speak to topics such as proper entity selection, proper business operations and strategies for minimizing tax liability.  I also have experience with international tax issues and can advise clients on cross-border transactions.
